This role provides a pathway to Partnership, with responsibilities covering team leadership, case management, and business growth.Job Description:As Head of the Criminal Law Department, you will manage a team, oversee all department cases, and drive business performance. This role offers an opportunity to engage deeply in the operational and strategic decisions of the firm, making it ideal for someone with a strong interest in the business aspects of legal practice.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the performance, welfare, compliance, and training of the Criminal Law team
  • Manage the department’s caseload, ensuring high-quality client representation
  • Maintain control over the income and expenditure of the department

  • Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance across all departmental activities
