- Lead and manage the legal team, providing direction and support
- Develop and implement legal strategies in line with the company's objectives
- Offer detailed legal advice and analysis to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on legislative changes
- Provide training and guidance to staff on legal matters, ensuring understanding of compliance
- Proven experience in compliance and residential conveyancing; commercial experience a plus but not a prerequisite
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Exceptional analytical and organisational abilities
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

- At least 7 years of residential conveyancing experience
- 1+ years of experience in a HoLP role (preferred)
- Solicitor license required
