Head Of Relationships Manager wanted by award winning legal service provider - after a very successful period of growth this role has been created to help take the business through to its next stage of development. My Client is an award winning legal service provider who have an exciting new vacancy for a qualified lawyer to join their team as a Head Of Relationships Manager. In the last few years they have rapidly grown their Client base and now need for a Head of Relationships Manager to develop their existing accounts and also engage with potential new clients.If you work in a private practice and would like to use your skills in a slightly different way - this is the perfect opportunity for you.The role: * Working closely with lawyers to strengthen client relationships, selling services and identifying opportunities for cross selling and upselling. * Developing strategies to generate additional revenue from existing client relationships* Working closely with the Business Development Manager to conduct one-on one coaching sessions with lawyers to provide feedback, guidance, motivation and support on their business plans.* Track and report on team interactions, client and partner interactions, and revenue performance.* Bring creative ideas to increase our existing client referrals across the team.The ideal candidate :* Legal Expertise - having strong knowledge of legal services, with a background as a practicing lawyer or experience in the legal industry.* Business Development Acumen - Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities within a legal environment.* Strategic Planning - Ability to create and execute relationship management strategies that are aligned with broader firm objectives.Benefits :* Fully remote * £70,000 + £15,000 OTE* Amazing benefits* Generous pension contributionsIf this exciting new role sounds of interest to you, apply now or send your CV to or call for more informationMandeville is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
