We are currently partnering with a Local Government based in East London, who are recruiting for a Housing Litigation Lawyer to join their growing team on a temporary basis.
This is a full-time position with a negotiable salary based on experience and the start date is c. 24th of February 2025. Court attendance once a week is required for this role.
This role centers managing a caseload of Housing Litigation issues. However the below experience is essential:

Temporary accommodation disrepair and possession
-
Homelessness
-
Autonomously dealing with judicial reviews
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

Must have Local Government experience

A current practicing certificate (either as a Barrister, Solicitor or Legal Executive)
Working hours:

35 hours per week

Monday - Friday
