Call or email , Job Ref:8928.HOUSING SOLICITOR/CASEWORKER: The firm provide advice and representation in homelessness, disrepair, possession and injunction proceedings and unlawful eviction. The department has extensive experience of handling all housing related judicial review claimant matters at the High Court. They also deal with leasehold disputes and Rent Repayment Disputes. The appointed Solicitor will be undertaking casework in Homelessness, Possession, Injunction and Committal proceedings, Disrepair and Unlawful Eviction, leaseholder disputes and managing files in compliance with SQM requirements. You must have knowledge of the legal aid system and a commitment to providing access to justice through legal aid and a caring approach to vulnerable clients.
