Main objective of the role:
The main objective of the role is to be a key senior member of the Immigration team, providing a first-class service to our clients on a range of matters.
This includes small to medium enterprises and some larger corporations.
The team seeks to involve all members in client relationship building and business development.
Key responsibilities include:
Client service: Advising clients on all aspects of UK Corporate and Private immigration work, including:
Advising, preparing, submitting, and reviewing visa applications, for Global Mobility Visas, Employer Sponsor License applications, Skilled Worker Visas, Spouse Visas, Visitor Visas.
Right to work checks and compliance audits for small to medium sized businesses or individuals (such as investor, entrepreneur and sole representative extensions and Innovator Founder applications).
Developing your own caseload and providing support to the Immigration team client base, discussing fee quotes and tactical and strategic advice with partner/senior associates.
Managing client relationship and business development/ cross referral opportunities both internally and externally.
Contributing to immigration updates and preparing articles for the website and for sending out. Attending networking events and engaging enthusiastically with the firm’s marketing and BD initiatives.
