Ryder Reid Legal is working closely with a global law firm to recruit an In-House Counsel to join its London office on a 12 month FTC basis.
This role will involve providing legal guidance on a range of corporate matters, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance, reporting into the firms Managing Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on a range of risk and compliance, regulatory, and legal issues.
- Assist in contract drafting, reviewing and negotiations and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
- Support the conflicts and compliance team in relation to client on-boarding procedures and file reviews.
The ideal candidate will be an England & Wales Qualified Lawyer (5 years + PQE) with experience in competition litigation or dispute resolution work at Associate level or above, In addition, candidates must have proven knowledge of contract, competition, and data protection law, as well as litigation procedures, coupled with the ability to identify, assess, and manage legal, regulatory, and compliance risks.
This position is currently part time (2 or 3 working days) but full time hours could also be considered. The firm operates an agile working policy.
