IP Life Sciences Associate 2 to 4 PQE - Leading UK firm - London

An exciting opportunity for a junior to mid level IP Life Sciences associate (2-4 PQE) to join an enviable UK firm in their commercial IP group to primarily support on one of the firms key strategic sectors, life sciences.

The requirement & role

- Ideally candidates will have experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sectors, particularly in advising on transactions such as R&D agreements, licensing and partnering deals, manufacturing, supply, and distribution agreements, as well as providing Commercial IP support for corporate transactions.

- A scientific or academic background and experience working in-house (e.g., secondment) are desirable qualities.

- 2 to 4 PQE - UK experience preferred.
