A prestigious international Bank is seeking a dynamic individual to join its Loan Securities team.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting in ensuring contractual documentation is compliant and the validity/enforceability of security instruments by which security interest is created on properties charged to the Bank
- Preparing various documents including offer letters and all security documentation for drawdowns and releases
Your experience must include:
- A law degree
- Fluency in Cantonese
- Excellent communication skills written and oral
- Ideally proven relevant loan documentation experience gained in banking but fresh law graduates will also be considered
