We are currently recruiting for aLawyerwith2-4 years of experienceto join an exciting and dynamic project team. You will have the opportunity to be part of the delivery team for thelargest infrastructure scheme in Europe, offering a rare chance to work on a high-impact, complex, and transformative project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality legal support, including drafting, reviewing, and advising on legal documents.
  • Offer expert advice to stakeholders at all levels on all aspects ofcommercial and contract lawrelated to the project.
  • Lead onprocurementandnegotiationof high-value, complex construction, funding agreements, and other contracts.
  • Address legal issues related tocorporate law,intellectual property,finance, andtechnology.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, providing legal insight on commercial issues.

Key Skills:

  • Ability to draft and presentcomplex legal documentsand reports to a range of audiences.
  • Proficient in preparing complex legal drafting independently.
  • Strong stakeholder management andrelationship-building skills, influencing at all levels.
  • Excellentproblem-solvingskills, especially in situations without established precedent.
  • Flexible and collaborative approach, comfortable working withinmultidisciplinary teams.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Qualified SolicitororBarristerwith a focus oncontractingorconstruction law.
  • Experience incontract lawand/orprocurement law, with particular expertise inmajor projects.
  • Hands-on experience inUK-based constructionorinfrastructure projects, or experience dealing withGovernment Departments,utilities, ortransport projectswould be an advantage.
  • Experience can be gained either in-house or throughprivate practice.
