The Role:We are looking for an experienced Property Lawyer to provide expert legal advice on property-related matters, specifically within temporary accommodation. This role is ideal for a legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a tangible impact on local services.
Key Responsibilities:-Providing specialist legal advice on property-related matters for temporary accommodation-Managing a varied caseload effectively-Supporting negotiations and advising on property law issues-Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance
Requirements:-Qualified Lawyer with proven experience in property law-Strong advisory and negotiation skills-Ability to handle a diverse and high-volume caseload-Excellent communication and teamwork skills
