Are you a talented Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Legal Counsel ready for a new challenge? Our client, a prestigious International Law Firm, is seeking a dynamic Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team in London.
In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of a varied workload, focusing on insurance and commercial litigation matters. As a trusted legal advisor, you will deliver expert guidance, ensuring the organisation's interests are protected while driving innovative solutions to complex legal challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior legal counsel and paralegals to deliver exceptional results.
- Provide strategic legal advice, identifying and mitigating risks while implementing best practices and policies.
- Offer commercially sound and practical solutions to internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with partners, fee earners, and business services teams.
- Assist in drafting high-level reports for the Executive and Board.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects alongside the Legal, Risk Management, and Compliance teams.
- Explore technology-driven solutions to enhance legal operations.
