- A strong grounding in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Able to work in a busy in-house legal department and provide day to day commercial advice to all departments within the business which might include areas such as data protection, intellectual property, corporate and disputes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate legal issues in a business-friendly way and influence key stakeholders
- Able to effectively manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectation
- A UK qualified solicitor with strong academics ranging from 2 to 6 years PQE
