A leading telecommunications company is looking to IMMEDIATELY hire a Legal Counsel to support its in-house legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide generalist commercial support across a UK-based, fully remote division. This is initially a monthly rolling contract, paying a day rate of £350-£450.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice across the business.
- Collaborate with business units to manage legal workload and expectations effectively.
- Draft, negotiate, and review partner, customer, and supplier contracts.
- Maintain and update precedent contracts and terms & conditions as needed.
- Lead and project manage contract-related matters, ensuring service descriptions, SLAs, pricing, and other commercial terms are properly reviewed and approved without delays.
- Qualified Lawyer/Solicitor (England & Wales), ideally with 4+ years PQE in commercial law.
- Experience in general commercial law.
- Proven in-house legal experience.
- Able to start immediately.
