Your New Company:

Your New Role:

A commercially minded Legal Counsel role, reporting to the experienced General Counsel in a fantastic in-house legal team. Working closely with internal stakeholders including the sales, software and regulatory teams, you will provide practical and commercial advice to ensure the continued growth of the business. The work will include taking ownership of complex commercial and customer agreements, supporting in developing the internal policy infrastructure and advising on various commercial, data privacy and regulatory matters (including OFCOM regulation). You'll have the opportunity to learn from senior lawyers in the team in a collaborative environment, with the chance to genuinely progress your career.

Who You Are:

You will be a commercial lawyer with in-house exposure in the UK and ideally 2-4 years' PQE (as a guide only). You will have experience of negotiating and reviewing a broad range of commercial contracts and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously in a fluid environment. Industry experience in the telecoms or tech sectors would be advantageous, as would an understanding of fast-paced sales orientated environments. You will be able to come into the City of London offices c. 3 days per week.
