We are currently recruiting for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our client on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will report directly to the General Counsel and gain exposure to all business lines at a broad level.
On a day to day basis, you will be involved on a variety of work across multiple business lines. The successful candidate will be exposed to a wide variety of products and documents and will help to manage an established but growing legal team.
We're looking for candidates with the following background:
- At least 3 years' post qualification experience in the UK
- Ideal would be a Project Finance background
- Adaptable, pragmatic, with a commercial mindset
- Possess gravitas with the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external teams
- Flexible with a proactive attitude towards work
- Experience of working in energy and/or commodities (preferred)
