We are excited to invite a Legal Counsel to become an integral part of a dynamic team. This role could also be attractive if you are nearly or newly qualified.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the General Counsel and Assistant Company Secretary, overseeing and providing expert advice on all commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of all commercial contracts involving the Company.
- Provide guidance on suitable terms and conditions for these contracts.
- Offer expertise on data protection matters.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a comprehensive suite of standard contractual clauses.
- Collaborate with the Company's outsourcing manager to manage outsourcing relationships effectively.
- Support the General Counsel and Assistant Company Secretary with various governance-related tasks.
Experience
- A minimum of two years' PQE in commercial private practice and/or in-house experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial contractual issues.
- Experience advising on data protection matters.
- Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
