Day rate between £700 - £800 (inside IR35)
Duties
- Commercial duties involving drafting, reviewing, negotiating supplier and customer contracts
- Compliance oversight - mainly data protection
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer (UK or EU) with at least 5 years PQE
- Ideally trained in private practice with in-house experience thereafter
- Experience with broad range of commercial contacts
- SaaS experience required
- Experience with compliance (mainly data protection/GDPR)
