Our client is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our dynamic team. As a Litigation Solicitor, you will play a vital role in handling a diverse range of property litigation cases, mergers and acquisitions, and insurance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and draft essential documents
  • Represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations
  • Provide strategic advice on property-related legal issues
  • Negotiate settlements and draft agreements
  • Assist with due diligence investigations for mergers and acquisitions
  • Review legal documents and identify potential risks
  • Draft and negotiate merger agreements, contracts, and legal documents
  • Ensure legal compliance during mergers and acquisitions
  • Handle insurance claims and disputes
  • Review insurance policies and provide coverage guidance
  • Represent clients in negotiations with insurance companies and regulatory agencies
  • Prepare legal opinions on insurance-related matters

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of PQE
  • Strong knowledge of property law, contract law, and insurance law
  • Proven experience in property litigation, mergers & acquisitions, and insurance matters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
