Litigation Specialist
A unique opportunity has arisen for a 3+PQE litigation solicitor to join the dispute resolution team of a well-established multi-officed City of London Law ranked in the Legal 500 firm, looking for a highly enterprising, proficient and personable individual. You will need to be technically experienced in all aspects of dispute work and have the ability to explain complex matters.
Our client's litigation team has a wealth of experience in dealing with commercial disputes. Guarding their client's interests is at the forefront of their minds and they ensure there is a focused approach taken to this ultimate goal. This enables our client to achieve excellent results and practical solutions to their client's problems.
Their solicitors have experience in dealing with matters in the High Court and the County Court, as well as various Tribunals. Their solicitors are also well-versed in Alternative Dispute Resolution and mediation.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years PQE and will be responsible for handling a diverse range of legal matters, including property & land disputes, landlord & tenant issues, debt recovery, contentious probate, employment law, contractual and consumer disputes, among others.
