Litigator - Personal Injury £43,000- £45,000
LondonA multi award winning, top ranked and top tier Chambers and Legal 500 firm respectively, based near Euston station, are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their expanding Personal Injury department.This firm was built based on its core values of helping individuals to have access to justice and fight injustice. They have represented ordinary people for over four decades and a wide range of lawyers that speak multiple languages.The roleYou will manage your own varied caseload of Personal Injury cases which will include the following:
- Mixed caseload of personal injury matters
- EL, PL cases with some RTA
- Emphasis on Fast Track work
- An opportunity to undertake intermediate track work and some Multi Track
What they are looking for
- Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive or Fee Earner with 3 years' experience managing own caseload including RTA/EL/PL
- Experience of using all MOJ
- Previously used a case management system
- Strong communication skills.
- Be committed in providing an excellent service to their clients and be an integral part of their team
