Locum Immigration Solicitor

Excellent opportunity for a Locum Immigration Solicitor to join a reputable, L500 firm in London, starting early March for 1-2 months.

The Opportunity

Our client, a well-established, reputable firm who have an excellent reputation in the area are seeking an Immigration Solicitor to cover until a permanent member of staff starts with them. The firm requires the Immigration Locum to join them for around 1-2 months in duration.

The firm are flexible and are open to the locum working on a hybrid basis. They are seeking someone to work a minimum of 4 days per week, but ideally 5 days.

Responsibilities

The Locum would be responsible for a mixed caseload of business Immigration matters for HNW individuals. Workload includes:

• Dealing with the UK Visas and Immigration Department of the Home Office
• Applications for Skilled Workers (formerly Tier 2)
• Handling spouse Visas
• Indefinite Leave to Remain & Naturalisation
• Sponsored Employees

Requirements

• At least 6 years PQE as an Immigration Solicitor
• Experience handling business Immigration matters for HNW corporate clients
