This is a superb opportunity for a Senior Corporate Banking Associate 7 plus PQE to secure a position doing City work, to provide clients of the firm with high quality legal expertise within corporate banking area.
Our client is a leading law firm with offices in London and the work on offer is of the highest calibre. You will work on a variety of matters, corporate banking, leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance and structured finance.
You will support the Corporate Business Manager/Sector Lead in achieving the Business Plans for the Corporate Business Unit and the Banking & Finance sector group, respectively. Additionally, you will have line management responsibility for a small team.
Skills, Experience, and Attributes
• Solicitor 7+ PQE
• Previous experience within a Banking & Finance team
• Experience of dealing with lenders and borrowers
• Real estate finance exposure advantageous
