They advise on transactional construction matters, assisting clients with all forms of construction procurement, including traditional, design and build, modular construction, joint venture, management contracting and construction management. Their client base extends to the private and public sector, where they regularly act for developers, funders, investment vehicles, local authorities and registered social housing landlords.The team are now seeking are now seeking an experienced non-contentious construction solicitor to join their team in London.
