Great opportunity for a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join one of London's leading, Construction practices at Senior Associate or Legal Counsel level.

Our client is a highly reputable practice with an excellent reputation for their work in the real estate and private wealth sectors.

They act for an impressive client-base including real estate funds, property companies, high net worth individuals, investors, developers, entrepreneurs and more.

They boast one of the largest Real Estate practices in the London market and are accredited by the Legal 500 for their expertise in Real Estate and Construction in London.

Due to substantial growth, they're now seeking an experienced Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join their Legal 500 recognised team at Senior Associate or Legal Counsel level.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join one of London's leading Construction practices and work alongside Legal 500 / Chambers UK accredited Partners who are recognised as experts in their field.

This very credible team act for a wide-ranging client-base including developers, funds, institutional investors, occupiers, contractors, consultants and high net worth individuals.

Their Non-Contentious Construction team advise on complex and high value development schemes including town centre and out of town regeneration, commercial, retail, sports, residential and mixed use developments, student accommodation, hotels, infrastructure, film studios and logistics projects.

As a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor you will be responsible for advising clients in respect of letters of intent, pre-construction services, procurement as well as drafting and negotiating construction documents such as JCT, FIDIC, NEC and MF/1.

Requirements

  • Qualified Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor with 5 years' PQE +
  • Experience working at a Top Tier Real Estate or Construction practice
  • Ability to confidently handle matters at senior level
