The Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join the firm's renowned Private Client team. As part of this leading department, you will work alongside experienced solicitors and partners, gaining exposure to a wide range of private client matters. These may include:

  • Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning
  • Probate and Administration of Estates
  • Tax Planning and Wealth Management
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection work

You will be given significant responsibility from the outset, with the opportunity to manage your own caseload under supervision. The role requires a detail-oriented approach, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising high-net-worth clients on a variety of private client matters.
  • Drafting legal documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Assisting with the administration of estates and probate.
  • Providing advice on inheritance tax and wealth preservation strategies.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a seamless client experience.

Requirements:

  • Recently qualified solicitor (NQ) with a strong academic background.
  • Prior experience in private client law during your training contract is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to business development and client engagement.
  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional client service.
