Your new role
Join an expanding firm in their London office as they build out their Family Law team. While the firm has a strong presence across the UK, they are now focusing on growing and developing their Family Law practice in London. This role offers significant opportunities for business development and management, allowing you to shape and lead a dynamic team. You'll have the chance to cultivate a robust practice within a firm that values work-life balance.
What you'll need to succeed
- You should be operating at a Legal Director or Partner level within a law firm as a family lawyer.
- Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales, ideally with at least seven years of experience (guidelines only).
- A strong presence and experience in the London market is essential.
- Enthusiastic about business development and team management.
- Keen to grow and develop with the practice.
What you'll get in return
- Salary: Up to £130,000 (initially without full equity).
- Working Hours: A standard 35-hour work week, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
