- Managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients
- Providing expert advice on patent drafting, prosecution, oppositions and litigation support
- Contributing to the firm’s leadership and business development strategies
- Mentoring and developing junior attorneys

- Proven ability to build and maintain a strong client following (a prerequisite for this role)
- A strong track record in business development and strategic growth
- Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior colleagues
