I am working with a leading firm, renowned for its expertise in intellectual property and patent litigation.
With a strong reputation in the industry, the firm is known for handling complex, high-profile cases and providing strategic advice to a diverse client base. It is now looking to expand its team with a Patent Attorney who has a keen interest in contentious matters.

The firm is seeking a candidate with 1-3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) who wants to develop expertise in patent disputes. Responsibilities:
- Handle a range of patent litigation matters, working closely with experienced litigators
- Provide strategic advice on contentious patent disputes
- Collaborate with technical and legal teams to develop case strategies
- Engage in opposition and appeal proceedings where applicable
- Support clients through all stages of litigation and dispute resolution
Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Patent Attorney
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in litigation
- UPC qualification is advantageous but not essential
- Experience with contentious patent matters is beneficial but not a prerequisite
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
