Their work frequently spans international borders, requiring the coordination of litigation efforts outside the UK.The RoleOur client is seeking a Patent Litigation Associate with 2-5 years PQE to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patent litigation and be comfortable working within partner-led teams, while also being able to take on significant responsibility.Key responsibilities include:

Handling various types of patent disputes, including infringement, validity, and ownership issues.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams on related matters such as life sciences regulation, competition law, and licensing disputes.
Engaging in business development activities and contributing to knowledge management within the team.
Depending on seniority, managing and mentoring junior lawyers.
