We are recruiting for an experienced Solicitor (4-8 PQE) to join a highly regarded Personal Injury team on a 1-year fixed-term contract in London.

About the Role:

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional legal advice and client service within a dynamic and supportive team. This position involves working on high-value clinical negligence cases (and some personal injury cases), often under supervision, while contributing to business development and marketing initiatives to enhance the team's strong reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on a caseload of complex and high-value clinical negligence and personal injury cases.
  • Work directly with clients, providing clear advice to meet their needs and expectations.
  • Support partners and senior lawyers in strengthening client relationships.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including drafting articles, producing marketing materials, and attending networking events.
  • Build a personal network of clients and professional contacts.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage billing, and track performance against KPIs.

Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (4-8 PQE).
  • Solid experience handling polytrauma and liability dispute personal injury cases.
  • Proven track record of running intermediate and multi-track cases to trial.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, particularly in high-value cases.
  • Exceptional client management skills with a commitment to outstanding service.
  • Well-organised with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
