This Legal 100 firm has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Planning Solicitor to join its Legal 500 recommended team in London at Senior Associate or Legal Director level.
You will be part of a first-class team acting for an array of clients in sectors such as housing, logistics, office, retail and energy. The firms work often includes nationally significant infrastructure projects.
You will be working on major planning projects from start to finish including:
- Planning strategy
- Compulsory Purchase
- Application review
- Statutory agreements
- Appeals
- Judicial reviews
Ideally your skills and experience include:
- Working at senior level in a leading planning department
- Experience in managing teams
- Strong academics
- Section 106 agreements
- Statutory agreements
- Due diligence for property and corporate transactions
- Planning inquiries, hearings and court challenges & judicial reviews.
- Regeneration
