The position requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of private client law, and a passion for delivering excellence to clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including estate planning, tax advice, trusts, wills, and probate.
  • Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring that their needs are met with exceptional service.
  • Lead a team of associates and junior lawyers, providing guidance and mentorship to help them reach their full potential.
  • Play an active role in the firm's strategic growth and marketing initiatives, including networking, business development, and managing client referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with legal developments, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction while promoting the firm’s ethos of excellence, professionalism, and integrity.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Associate or Partner in a Private Client role at a reputable firm.
  • Successful candidate will ideally have a following of work to bring to the firm.
  • Strong business development acumen and a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • A strong client-focused approach with a commitment to exceptional service.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
  • STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) qualification is preferred but not essential.
