Description
As a Private Credit Knowledge Lawyer you will be responsible for:
- Creating, improving and managing precedent documents.
- Writing team guidance notes.
- Helping to keep the team up to speed on legal and market developments and sector 'hot topics.'
- Developing a training programme for the team, including preparation of materials and delivery of some training/legal update sessions.
Profile
A successful Private Credit Knowledge Lawyer should have:
- Qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales.
- Extensive knowledge of Private Credit laws, knowledge lawyer experience is preferred but not essential.
- A strong desire to offer first class advice and service to the team.
- Excellent technical skills and an eye for detail.
