Description

As a Private Credit Knowledge Lawyer you will be responsible for:

  • Creating, improving and managing precedent documents.
  • Writing team guidance notes.
  • Helping to keep the team up to speed on legal and market developments and sector 'hot topics.'
  • Developing a training programme for the team, including preparation of materials and delivery of some training/legal update sessions.

Profile

A successful Private Credit Knowledge Lawyer should have:

  • Qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales.
  • Extensive knowledge of Private Credit laws, knowledge lawyer experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A strong desire to offer first class advice and service to the team.
  • Excellent technical skills and an eye for detail.
