An outstanding smaller City firm is hiring into its Private Wealth practice. 

Sitting within the Private Wealth department, as the successful candidate you will be an experienced Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor with extensive experience advising on Private Wealth matters. 

The team advises UK and cross jurisdictional HNW and UHNW worth clients on matters including tax, succession & estate planning, trust formation & administration and complex probate & estate administration among others. 

We welcome applications from solicitors with the following skills:

  • STEP accredited preferred, but not essential
  • 3-7 PQE (guideline only)
  • Detailed knowledge of UK taxation relevant to Trusts & Estates and Estates Planning
  • Drafting of Wills & Trusts and administration of Estates
  • Working knowledge of taxation relevant to non-domicile residents
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Calm under pressure
  • Ability to manage deadlines and client expectations
