  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents related to property litigation.
  • Liaise with clients, understanding their needs and delivering customised legal services.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, if necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless service.
  • Stay abreast with legal developments and changes in the property sector.
  • Facilitate client meetings and legal presentations.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members in the department.

Profile

A successful Property Litigation Associate should have:
