Opportunity for a Property Litigation Associate to join a leading firm in London.

They have extensive experience advising UNHW/HNW families, real estate investors, landed estates, entrepreneurs, and family businesses.

Our client's years of experience mean they are seen as the expert hand for international and domestic clients, with many families remaining their client through several generations.

Our client's services include Commercial Real Estate, Corporate & Commercial, Dispute Resolution, Employment, Family, Immigration, Private Client and Residential Property.

Particularly, our client has expertise in running Family Offices, handling Arts & Luxury assets (i.e yachts, art, air crafts and classic cars), and traditional landed estates.

Vacancy

They boast a leading, Legal 500 recognised Property Litigation team in London.

The team advise an impressive client-base including large urban estates, commercial, mixed use and residential property developers, occupiers, retailers, hotel owners, charities and HNWI.

As a Property Litigation Associate, you will be advising on both domestic and international disputes including:

  • Commercial and Residential property disputes concerning breach of covenant or substantial arrears
  • 1954 Act claims
  • Enfranchisement claims
  • Telecommunications Act claims
  • Agricultural disputes
  • Neighbour disputes

Requirements

  • Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor with between 1 - 4 years' PQE
  • Experience in both residential and commercial property disputes
  • Impressive academics
