A rare opening has arisen for a proven Property Litigation Solicitor to work entirely from home on behalf of a market leading full-service firm. The position will see you at the forefront in the continued development of the Civil & Commercial Litigation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of Property Litigation matters, including a range of leasehold matters and residential property claims
- Handle cases from instruction to settlement/trial
Your Profile:
- Experienced Property Litigation Solicitor (all PQE levels considered, ideally 3+ years)
- Proven experience in managing diverse Property Litigation matters
- Ambition to contribute to the department's growth
