My Client is seeking a proactive and experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their close-knit team and provide exceptional support in residential property disputes. Preferred Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills.
  • Adept client care skills and ability to manage own caseload.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experienced at multi-tasking, managing time-sensitive matters and taking responsibility for delegated tasks.
  • Must thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Must have obtained a 2:1 or 1st class undergraduate degree.
  • 3 years PQE with experience in property dispute resolution.
  • Experience in leaseholder/freeholder disputes, rent arrears matters, breach of contract matters, and preferably employment matters.
