  • Commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters
  • Real estate disputes involving developers, investors, and high-net-worth individuals
  • Leasehold enfranchisement
  • Rights of way, easements, and restrictive covenants
  • Property-related professional negligence claims
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3+ years PQE in property litigation (
  • Strong experience in landlord and tenant disputes, real estate litigation, and possession claims
  • A proactive and commercial approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
