The firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ - 2 years PQE) to join its experienced Litigation Team. The successful candidate will handle a variety of property-related disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, lease extensions, and enfranchisement cases.

• Managing a caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, lease extensions, and enfranchisement
• Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks
• Supporting business development initiatives and marketing efforts where applicable

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ - 2 years PQE) with experience in Property Litigation
• Strong knowledge of property law and lease extensions
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Experience in business development or marketing is advantageous
