- Advising landlords, tenants, and property owners on a range of landlord and tenant disputes, including leasehold disputes, possession proceedings, rent arrears, and dilapidations claims.
- Representing clients in court and tribunals, ensuring high-quality representation and advocacy.
- Handling a caseload of complex property litigation matters, providing clear and practical advice.
- Collaborating with other departments to support clients on related property issues, including planning and development disputes.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering exceptional service and commercial insight.
- Keeping up to date with developments in property law, ensuring you provide top-tier legal counsel.
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE.
- Experience in property litigation, with a strong focus on landlord and tenant issues.
- Excellent technical ability, with a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and case law.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently, working both independently and as part of a team.
