We are urgently looking for an experienced Finance Property Solicitor to join one our key reputable clients based in London. The firm is an established company which has had great growth over the years and are now expanding their team. Training and development will be provided in the role and the firms aim is to develop your skills and to progress your career with the company. There will be mentorship provided and led by a partner with significant industry experience.


As the team expands, there will be opportunities for leadership roles, making this position ideal for someone looking to advance their career in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Ability to manage your own case files using your skills and experience.

Dealing with a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases and re-mortgages.

Deliver adequate legal support and customer service support to clients.

Sustaining strong client relationships and building relationships.

Ensuring compliance is being met and following processes and procedures.

Attend exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote the company and build relationships with lender clients.

Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing the market reputation of the business.

Exhibit excellent communication skills, proactivity, and creative thinking.

Requirements:

2 years or more experience

Excellent knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes.

A team worker who works well with others but also can lead and work independently.

Good communication skills to build relationships.

Focused on clients and being able to deliver on time and meet milestones.

The ability to meet the challenges posed by demanding clients and tight deadlines without compromising work quality or service.

An interest in business development and forming new relationships.
