Our client is a leading London law firm who have an excellent reputation in the city for a multitude of their specialist departments.
Their reputation was established initially for their particularly stand-out expertise in the technology, media and entertainment sectors.
However, the firm's capabilities spread far wider and they offer a full service to clients in all industries and sectors.
They boast a very well-respected Property Group and one who has a fantastic reputation in London for their expertise in both Residential and Commercial Property.
Vacancy
The Property Group act for an impressive client-base including private individuals, companies (including property development companies, investment vehicles and commercial businesses) charities, private banks, high profile organisations and individuals.
The Group focus on managing properties mainly in London and the South East of England, covering offices, shops and residential development.
While the focus of the Group is on commercial clients, they act in conjunction with their highly reputable Private Client Team on the acquisition of homes mainly in the high end market.
They're now looking for a Property Associate, happy to take on a mixed caseload of Residential and Commercial Property.
Whilst the firm are able to provide top quality work, they pride themselves on being able to promote a genuinely authentic work life balance which is reflected through their chargeable hours being 1300.
Requirements
- Qualified Property Solicitor with between 1 - 3 years' PQE
- Experience working in both Residential and Commercial Property
- Impressive academics
