They are currently seeking a talented and motivated Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team. This role offers flexible working option.
You will be responsibilities for:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions.
- Provide expert legal advice on property-related matters.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and deeds.
- Conduct due diligence and property searches.

What we are looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in property law.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property transactions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
