Real Estate – Planning Associate Unique opportunity for an experienced Planning Associate to join a Top tier firm with a global presence. Real Estate - Planning Associate –  3+ years PQE – Salary up to £145,000 – London The successful candidate will work alongside leading Planning lawyers advising on landmark projects across a diverse range of sectors.  The team frequently advises on a broad spectrum of planning and environmental issues, such as planning applications, environmental impact assessments, planning and highways agreements, planning appeals and judicial reviews, planning enforcement, listed building consent applications, and compulsory purchase. You will be required to provide guidance on planning and environmental matters related to real estate, corporate, and financing transactions. This includes conducting due diligence, preparing comprehensive reports, and negotiating key contractual provisions such as planning and environmental warranties, indemnities, and both conditions precedent and subsequent. The Candidate
  • An experienced solicitor with at least 3 years PQE.
  • Strong understanding of English planning system and environmental regulations.
  • Must possess experience of planning appeals and inquiries.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
