With state-of-the-art offices located near Blackfriars Station, they're looking for a Solicitor with a passion for specialising in Development work to join their ranks and work on a combination of regeneration projects and new developments at one of the UK's leading property law firms.

What does this Development Solicitor role entail?

Acting for a multitude of high-calibre clients, including ultra-high net worth investors, the country's top developers, major property companies, and corporate occupiers, you'll form the newest part of a large and renowned Real Estate department that has worked on some of the country's most high-profile and complex development schemes.

You'll support the senior lawyers in your team and in return, they will offer bespoke guidance as you become a specialist in development schemes. Place yourself in a position to gain invaluable exposure in terms of both your clientele and caseload throughout your career with this firm, while benefiting from their wider legal offering and stellar support staff.

To become this firm's newest Development Solicitor, you will ideally have:

  • Up to 3 years of post-qualification experience in Real Estate law, up to Associate level
  • Experience with matters relating to Development projects
  • A desire to remain informed on matters of residential development
