Opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join an international, Top 20 Law Firm at either Associate or Senior Associate level.

Our client is a truly global law firm with offices in over 100 countries worldwide.
The firm have received over 100 awards and accolades over the last 5 years for their full-service practice.
The firm boast a leading, Legal 500 recognised Real Estate Finance Department and are now looking to make two hires to join the London team at Associate and Senior Associate level.
The role
This market leading team acts lender side for major banks, debt funds, insurers and other financial institutions and borrower side for investors, developers, blue chip property companies and family offices.
The new hires will undertake a variety of finance work including:
- Development finance
- Hotel finance
- Islamic finance
- Mezzanine finance transactions
Their sectors include hotels and leisure, PRS, student accommodation, logistics and offices.

Required
- Qualified Real Estate Finance Solicitor
- Associate role: 1 - 5 years' PQE
- Senior Associate role: 6 - 10 years' PQE
- Strong technical knowledge of the legal framework surrounding finance transactions
