What does this Real Estate Investment Solicitor job entail?

Your role will revolve around the full range of commercial property transactions, representing a range of clients including ultra-high net worth individuals, the largest UK property companies, corporate occupiers, social housing providers and major banks. You will work on a broad range of matters, from sales and purchases, to lettings, day-to-day property asset management and disputes.

For this Real Estate Investment Solicitor role, you will ideally have:

  • 2 years of post-qualification experience in Commercial Property law, up to Associate level.
  • Experience with matters relating to Social Housing and/or Housing Management, ideally representing Registered Providers
