Real Estate Litigation – Legal DirectorA superb opportunity to join a Top 30 Law Firm with a national presence that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.Real Estate Litigation – Property Disputes – Legal Director – 7+ years PQE – Salary upwards of £120,000 – London Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Real Estate Litigation department based in London, it is now seeking to appoint a Legal Director or a Senior Solicitor . The ideal candidate will be England & Wales qualified working on a broad range of contentious matters involving commercial landlord & tenant issues, lease renewals, dilapidations, breaks , arrears, tenant insolvency, 1954 Act renewals, etc. The firm have a steady flow of new instructions from their diverse client base consisting of UK and blue-chip international companies.                                     The role is ideally suited to an ambitious and motivated Senior Solicitor or Legal Director who is looking to make a progressive career move.   The Candidate
  • Property Litigation Solicitor with 7+ years PQE.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload.
  • Experience of supervising junior team members is essential.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative.
  • Strong legal skills with an eye for detail.
  • Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts.
